The Family Court Rules recently enacted have made wide-sweeping changes to the procedure in family law matters. The rules have made disclosure in financial matters, and conciliation procedures in all matters, mandatory.

Family Law cases are always emotional, and without exception, best resolved by mutual agreement. However, this is often not achievable and in all cases you should obtain expert advice before entering into any binding agreement relating to your property or children.
