Robert William Littlewood
Special Counsel

Robert is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court and was admitted in 1980 after completing his Articles of Clerkship. He was among the top four students in the State in his year for Practice & (Court) Procedure. He has extensive experience and expertise in the areas of Conveyancing, Family Law, as well as Business law (sale and purchase), Private companies, Partnerships, Leasing and Liquor Licensing. Robert was a Registered Tax Agent from 1980 until 2013 and this enables him to apply his knowledge of Taxation Laws to your particular legal transaction.

For many years, Robert assisted our clients with Criminal law matters, being particularly skilled in court advocacy and procedure and he also previously practiced Civil claims (Motor Accidents & Workers Compensation) and Industrial liability Employment law, including the areas of Unfair Dismissal and Enterprise Agreements. These areas of law (other than Criminal Law) are no longer practiced at the firm but we can assist with referrals if required.

Robert also owns and manages “Deepsprings”, a Murray Grey Beef Cattle property and is intimately concerned with issues of importance to farmers and the rural fraternity.
